Draft Article Messages

For some time now I have been getting a number of notifications from the SN Community about "Draft articles" being submitted or recalled.

I am trying to figure out WHY I am getting these and what can be done about them. Here is a sample from today:

@David Nottingha It's likely tied to your ability to publish posts. Our platform is designed so someone who can publish their own Drafts can also view/publish (and receive notifications) other user's Drafts. Ideally, we want to limit this to yourself so I'm working with our 3rd party to see if there is a workaround for this. Otherwise, it might unfortunately be a limitation of the platform we'll have to live with for now.
