Enable VA in SOW

Hi All,

I wanted to check if there's a way to enable Virtual Agent to be used by Live Agent in SOW. Reason behind this is for agent check with VA on the knowledge to use, processes to follow, etc vs having to search a vast knowledge base. Please let me know if this is doable.
