How to enable multilingual capability in ServiceNow Virtual Agent?

Hi everyone!
I'm new to ServiceNow Virtual Agent and need some help.
I need to create use cases for multilingual capability in VA chatbot — basically how the VA can respond in a user's preferred language (e.g., Spanish).
My questions:
1. Does ServiceNow VA support multilingual / NLU out of the box?
2. How do we configure the VA to detect and respond in the user's native language?
3. Any best practices or docs for beginners?
