Error While Updating ServiceNow Resume – Social Links Issue

I am trying to update my ServiceNow resume, but for some reason, I am getting an error under the "Social Links" section saying, "Your custom URL must contain 5-120 letters or numbers. Please do not use spaces, symbols, or special characters."

I have not updated or removed the ServiceNow resume link. Does anyone know what I am doing wrong?

Any news on a fix for this? I cant update anything to my resume.

If I remember correctly, apparently with my URL link the issue was that a big G was being misread by the system as a space or special character. I dont know why that would have prevented to save but I removed the capital letter as instructed and it worked.. hope this helps 🙂

 

This was really helpful! if you have a G (upper/lower case does not matter) in your name then remove it from your social link. I used my last name and tried to save and it worked.

Modify your url and remove any words with the letter "G" because that's causing the error. I used my last name and it worked!
