Failed task validation

Hi, 
I have completed a simple task in simulator following the instructions but the task is validated as failed. I make sure that I have all in line with the suggestion added to the "Failed" result ( I am not an admin, and I marked module as a favorite) . Shall I terminate the simulator and try again?

@DagmaraPL If you are following all the steps and still the task is failing then I recommend you to raise a support case with Now Learning support team to get this issue addressed. You can also try and request for another simulator.

Thanks a lot. I have one more question is there a necessity of saving the task? Maybe this is an issue? I keep on coming back to the same setting so everything is not saved.  And other thing that comes to my mind: Is terminating the instance the condition of requesting for the new one? And is it not matched with a particular training? I really a bit confused with figuring out how does the lab and simulator work. I will appreciate all hints ( above all I got from auto support that helps but not solves the problem)

Actually, yesterday I found out what has happened. After finishing a next module of Welcome To ServiceNow training I found out that I need to impersonate my profile into Platform User ...It solved all my validation difficulties! I think it is not clearly stated in the training task that this particular profile has to be chosen. It would have saved me a lot of time looking for a solution!
