That was not a helpful response at all. AI is often wrong about these things. I just asked it about question 4, and it told me that the correct Link type used to open form UIs is "Form". There is no "Form" Link type. The correct Link type for this is the "New Record" Link type.
Additionally, the "URL (from Arguments:)" Link type can also be used to navigate users to a form, so the wording of the question is deceptive and confusing. A clearer question would be, "What is the standard Link type used to open a blank form?" That wording accurately tests the concept without implying that the "URL (from Arguments:)" Link type can't be used to navigate to forms.
More broadly, I've noticed a pattern in the ServiceNow exam questions where the wording is unnecessarily ambiguous. Instead of testing the user's understanding of the platform, these questions test whether the candidate can infer the exam writer's intent. Improving the precision of the wording would make these exams more effective and would reflect a commitment to high-quality developers rather than recurring revenue through exam retake fees.
