I am working on configuring a Service Now Survey using Assessments Metric Categories and would like to get some guidance or best practices to put together a successfully structured Survey.
I have run into a few blocks that do not seem to follow steps I have obtained via A.I.
Is there a good guidance document in the community I can follow for good instruction and guidance?
