• Your first link points to some random, unofficial document on Scribd
• Your second link points to a community question about CSM, not CSA

When you are registering for a course on Servicenow University they are sending credentials to access E- book. ServiceNow University will send you an email titled "Important: Welcome to your ServiceNow-Inkling Account and eBook Library". Check this Email for your credentials to access E Book. Recently Servicenow stopped providing Ebook with many courses, althouogh they were providing for CSA.
