Once you register the On-demand course in Now Learning University, you will get ebook assigned to your Inkling account. If you have not used Inkling account earlier, check your email that will contain the steps to register and access Inkling library.
I have noticed few users having login access to Inkling for first time, if you are not able to resolve the issue on your own, create a Now Learning support case and team will help to setup your account for initial login

Once you have setup Inkling account, you can access from App Store or Play Store app in your mobile device or access from below Web URL
