I have requirement to make My Contacts(ESC->MY Profile->Overview->My Contacts) visible for second level manager i.e, managers manager or director above manager.
Right now with OOB functionality, only direct manager can see the "My contacts" of the direct reportee.
Path: ESC->Your Team->Team Members->Direct Team->Team member(Abel Tuter)->View Profile->Overview->My Contacts.
How can I make this available if Abel tuter has team member John Smith and Abel tuter manager need access to John Smith's my contacts?
