How to mark an answer "Unhelpful"?

There is a lot of answers in this community that are totally unhelpful, and written only with hoping to get positive scores.

There is a button "Helpful" but no "Unhelpful" button.

Is there any way to vote negatively for a comment?

@Sergey Popov Currently, such feature doesn't exist, however I am of the opinion that such feature would add a lot of value in terms of the quality of answers on the community.

Similar feature is available on https://stackoverflow.com/ and it deters users from posting irrelevant/incorrect answers on their forum. If the user continues to make irrelevant posts their account gets infractions and gets banned automatically.
