I want my instance back dev202475 can somebody help?

Hi @PritiM ,

 

 the short answer is no - if first your instance has been reclaimed to the pool, then there is nothing to do. Always remember to back up your work, as this can happen at any time.

Hello @PritiM 

Unfortunately, there is no support available for PDI instances. I recommend waiting for a few days to see if the instance becomes active again. If you cannot wait, you can release the instance and request a new one. Please note that releasing the instance will result in the loss of all data.
