Inquiry Regarding Rising Star Awards and My Community Profile

I am writing to inquire about the Rising Star awards for 2025. I've been a very active member of the community for the past year, consistently ranking in the top solution providers. Over the last 10 months, I've contributed over 300 solutions, and I truly felt that I was a strong candidate for the award. I feel I truly deserve an explanation as to why my profile wasn't chosen. Is there something wrong with it? I would appreciate it if you could share the specific criteria used for selecting the winners. This information would be helpful for me to understand how I can align my contributions to future recognition.
