Hi, my PDI instance is not able to come out of hibernation for over a week.

Hi @danamato ,

 

Please note that if you go to the website https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do#!/home, then ServiceNow has informed about issues with PDIs.

As you also might know, there is no support available in relation to PDIs, hence your only option is to wait till issues are resolved.

@danamato If you have already been waiting for quite some time then I suggest you to release the existing PDI instance and request for a fresh one. Unfortunately, there is no official support available for the Personal Development Instances and requesting a new instance is only solution available to resolve it.
