Instance doesn't wake up from hibernation

My PDI doesn't wake up from hibernation. I've tried multiple times and tried doing "refresh instance" also.

Hi @SajanK,

 

If your PDI isn't waking up, you can try the following options:

  • You can release this instance and request a fresh instance but note that this will result in the loss of all your previous work and data.

  • Alternatively, you can wait to see if the issue resolves on its own. If it doesn't after some time, you have to take a fresh instance.

As you might know, there is no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs, hence you're limited to two options:

  1. Wait, it should come online after some time
  2. If you get tired of waiting, release your instance and request a fresh installation. Please notice, if doing so, all development that hasn't been backed up will be lost for good.
