Instance dev273931 not waking up from hibernation

Hi!

 

My PDI dev273931 is not waking up from hibernation and is offline. Is there a way to restore the instance back online, or request a new one with data from the old instance?

Hi @TonyPrawirH ,

 

 no, that is not a possibility. If you release your instance and request a fresh installation, all work that hasn’t been backed up will be lost,

Just hopping in to agree you're not alone. Mine has been up and down several times over the last week.

Just in case you haven't seen or tried, the instances are back up. They've been back up for the last 24 hours or so....

same here past two days my Instance is offline and still waiting.
