Instance not waking up from hiberantion

I have been trying to wake up my instance for the last 3 days without any success. The instance was in use until 6/13/25. The issue started 6/15/25. It shows it is hibernating and when I try to wake up it tries and gives a message to try later. Can someone please help? My instance id is dev201898. Thanks.

Hi @shalurajeev 

 

The Personal developer instances (PDI's) will not be maintained by ServiceNow .

The best option is to request new instance.

Hi @shalurajeev ,

 

 as you might know, there is no support available in relation to PDIs, hence you’re limited to two options:

  •  wait, it should come online after some time.
  •  If you get tired of waiting, release your instance and request a fresh installation. Please notice, every work that has been done and which you haven’t backed up will be lost for good.
