Hi,

It been a while now that I have noticed my instance status goes into Offline mode. I have try different refresh methods, but it seems to not resolve the issue.
I have this message ''Developer Instance is undergoing unscheduled maintenance. Get Notified when your PDI is available.''

Is there anyone facing the same issue or  please suggest an around way of fixing this ? Please assist!!

Thanks

Hi @Barthelemy Ntor ,

if it is under maintenance, no one can solve it/fix it, you need to wait till the time maintenance is over.

Please appreciate my efforts, help and support extended to you by clicking on – “Accept as Solution”; button under my answer. It will motivate me to help others as well.

Hi @Barthelemy Ntor

If your instance is offline, you can try the following options:

  • You can release this instance and request a fresh instance but note that this will result in the loss of all your previous work and data.
  • Alternatively, you can wait to see if the issue resolves on its own. If it doesn't after some time, you have to take a fresh instance.

Also, please check: Solved: Developer instance is offline - ServiceNow Community

@Barthelemy Ntor please DO NOT RELEASE YOUR INSTANCE unless you really need one. Releasing and requesting a new one would result in data loss (if you have any configurations there).

According to the message it's unavailable due to maintenance, it will be available soon, just wait.

@Barthelemy Ntor ,

As ServiceNow does not provide support for PDIs, you have only two options:

  1. Wait – the duration until your instance is available is uncertain.

  2. Release and request a new instance – please note that any unsaved work will be lost.

If this works, please mark it as helpful/accepted — it keeps me motivated and helps others find solutions.
