Hi @VasanthMuthuram ,

There is no support for PDI as such. You can wait to get back your instance online, it may take 1-2 days. In many cases, the instance comes back online within a day or so.

If you don’t want to wait, you can release the current instance and request a new one, but keep all your data will be lost. It’s a good practice to regularly back up update sets so you don’t lose work. To avoid losing update sets in the future, make sure to take regular backups of your PDI.

There are some other posts in the community about PDI failures or unavailability. You might need to wait 1-2 days and hopefully, the PDI will be back online.

Please refer this below post this same issue was faced by most of us in end of july.

The instance is offline.

Thanks,
Bhimashankar H

Unfortunately PDI related issues are not supported by ServiceNow team and there are random instances that face this issue. You can try to refresh the instance and wait for it come back in few hours. If it does not come online, it would be good to release the instance and get a new one.

If this helped to answer your query, please mark it helpful & accept the solution.

Thanks,

Hi @VasanthMuthuram,

only what you can do is to wait. It shall be available within 24 hours (usually it is). In the top message there is "Get notified" when you click it then you will receive an email when it's available again.

Hi @VasanthMuthuram ,

if it is under maintenance, no one can do anything to fix it. Wait till mainteance is over.

Please appreciate my efforts, help and support extended to you by clicking on – “Accept as Solution”; button under my answer. It will motivate me to help others as well.
