I have a dashboard where the Interactive Filter was working fine. Since an upgrade some users noticed that the interactive filter is not showing any information to select. The message says "No records found". in the Interactive Filter. But if I go straight to the Interactive Filter and opened it shows results in the Reference.
Any ideas why this is happening? We didn't change nothing on the Interactive Filter or Dashboard.
