Knowledge Base Automatic Translation Function

When the requester displays knowledge, if the user's language setting is English, there seems to be a plugin that automatically translates Japanese content into English and displays it.

In that case, could you please advise us on the following points?
① If such an automatic translation plugin/setting exists, would there be a charge for the license to install it? Also, if there is any reference information available, such as the approximate amount of work required for the settings, we would appreciate it if you could share that with us as well.
② If such a plugin exists, could you confirm whether the translation is performed via some button operation, or whether it is automatically translated from Japanese to English if the user's language setting is English?

@SotaT , your instance has External Language module installed, I18 language pack  as of now it supports 20 different languages. After adding this plugin it enables to translate knowledge articles.
