Content of KFT Notification when task is set to resolved

Hi Users & Experts, 

 

Currently, a notification is sent to the customer whenever a knowledge feedback tool (KFT) task is marked as resolved. The email body configured in the Notification email script captures the article number and its version on which the customer has provided the feedback. This practice is not ideal in my case, because sometimes knowledge managers update the article as per the feedback, but the email to the customer contains the outdated version link. 

What I need is only the article number in the email sent to the customer, and the hyperlink should always take the customer to the latest version of the article so that they can see their feedback is incorporated. 

 

I have tried multiple scripts to achieve this, but it is not working as expected. Can somebody help here?
