Hello -
Good morning ! I am looking for support to learn how to access the PDI to build ServiceNow applications. While I had unrestricted access to the ServiceNow PDIs in the past when I was working for a ServiceNow partner , I am no longer affiliated with said organization and cannot access the PDIs. When attempting to access the PDIs, it says to contact my 'administrator, but I don't have an administrator. May I please have some support for a work around, or do I need to pay for a license that will provide me with unrestricted access to build different ServiceNow modules like ITSM and HRSD? Thank you and I look forward to connecting. Thank you !

Hi @AdonisW
Firstly, ServiceNow PDIs are independent of any organization.
However, if you've created your PDI using your organization's email address, it's important to update it to your personal email before leaving the company. This ensures that you don't lose access to your PDI.
Once you have your instance, you can play around with all the available modules without paying.
Few features are not available to install in PDIs. But most of the modules like ITSM, HRSD, IRM etc will be available at Free of cost.
Follow the below developer guide to get new PDI.
Regards,
Siva

Hi @AdonisW ,
Not sure if you are talking about normal PDI or an offical PDI (Official Environment of your organization). If you are talking about normal PDI then you can request a fresh PDI using developer.servicenow.com. Nabvigate to this URL and Signup. After signup you need to click on request instance from top right and within few min your PDI will be ready. Click on Start building button to launch it and now you are free to use any feature of this PDI.
Please let us know in case any further info is required.
If my answer helped you in anyways, please mark it- solution accepted.

This is the message I keep getting. I am not sure what this means . I am not sure what to do next.
You need a valid App Engine Studio license to continue working.
Any work done in App Engine Studio will be available once this license is reinstated. To reinstate your App Engine license, contact your ServiceNow admin.
