The callback function example is something a lot of beginners skip over and then wonder why their scripts cause performance issues. GlideAjax over client-side GlideRecord is genuinely worth drilling into early — once you get comfortable with async patterns in ServiceNow, the whole scripting side clicks into place much faster. The PDI is your best friend for testing all these scenarios without breaking anything real.
