Lost SN Community Profile

Hi

 

Wondering how my SN community profile is reset.

I logged in this morning and all my articles linked to my profile are not there anymore. 
Even if I login with my corporate email address, the community rank is reset to "Kilo Explorer".

Earlier I had "Mega Sage"

 

Any references so I can connect with anyone to fix this?

Hi

 

My profile is merged to my another account with my partner credentials.

All activity is moved to that account.

 

You can raise a case with web_support@servicenow.com
