Micro Certification

I have completed the Welcome to Service Now course, but the Micro-Certification is retired, and I can only find others in non-English language. I don't see any option to "View other releases" either.  Any help very much appreciated.

Thank you so much! This worked - though the instances were playing up a bit, had to request 3! - but I managed to get it all done.
