Are there any ServiceNow customers that are using Microsoft Entra for onboarding? Any brief lessons learned?

Hello Kristin ,

Yes , ServiceNow customer use to onboard and offboard the users. Please validate your use case and accordingly plan for technical configurations 

I have mentioned few key points which help in technical configuration :

1.In ServiceNow spoke available to connect with Entra app. To send user details from ServiceNow to entra app you can use OOTB/ custom actions and flows

2. You can configuration Service request [catalog item- configured to pass user] to get details in ServiceNow and then send to Entra app.
