Hi,

How can I retrive the Badges I;ve earned can anyone quide me the link or steps please.

there is no direct “download” option for badges (like exporting them as a file).To download the badge, right click on it and save the image.

Badges are meant to be viewed and displayed on your Community profile only.

Note - Do you want to display badges on your profile ?

Also if you want to share the ServiceNow Learning badges and achievements on a LinkedIn profile,

then you can do it through platforms like Credly, which offer a direct share option. Also, you can manually add the badge under LinkedIn’s “Licenses & Certifications” by entering the badge name, issuer (ServiceNow), and credentials if available.
