This is not a question, but more advice as I have to remind myself every time how to do this.
DOWNLOADING BADGES & CERTIFICATES
The easiest way to download a badge or certificate that you might want to share (for example in your CV or LinkedIn), is to go to your Learning Profile in the ServiceNow University (formerly NowLearning). Either use the drop-down next to your name and select "My Learning Profile" or scroll down on the home page and click "View achievements" in the Learning achievements tile.
- From your Learning Profile, click on My Achievements and find the achievement you want to download.
- To download the badge, right click on it and save the image.
- To download the certificate (for Certifications and Accreditations), click on the three dots at the top right hand of the tile and select download. This downloads the pdf certificate which I go back to and rename to replace the URL encoding of %20 with a space (this becomes important if you put it on LinkedIn).
SERVICENOW RESUME
Your ServiceNow Resume is a great way to publish where you sit in the ServiceNow eco system and highlight your achievements. You can access this again from ServiceNow University using the drop-down next to your name. Select "ServiceNow Resume".
Now you can go into your Credentials list, click on edit and decide which credentials you want to be public/visible and which you want to highlight. You can do the same for your Badges.
Things I've done:
- I only make the highest achievement in any product area visible.
- For the background of my header, I've used the banner I gained access to in my Business Process Analyst career journey.
- I've taken the URL of the public view of my resume, turned it into a QR code and added that code to my CV and business card.
SHARING IN LINKEDIN
The way I do this is starting with my LinkedIn profile by adding a new license or certification.
- Name: I use the generic name of the certification (e.g. Platform Analytics).
- Issuing organization: ServiceNow.
- Issue date: whenever it was
I might also add some skills associated.
Finally, for a certification or micro-certification I add Media.
- I use the certificate I downloaded earlier.
- For the description, I go into knowledge article outlining the Blueprint for the exam I passed. I scroll down to the Exam Purpose and copy the sentence after the word Exam. For example, for Platform Analytics, the certificate description (copied from KB0011786) would be: "This certifies that a successful candidate has the skills and essential knowledge to contribute to the setup, configuration, and maintenance of the Performance Analytics application."
Naturally once you've saved this certification, LinkedIn will ask you if you want to share your achievement. So, if you do, you can just edit the information LinkedIn provides, hashtag ServiceNow in (even add the badge image) and post.
I hope that's helpful. What have others done? Feel free to offer feedback on what I've done - always looking to do things better.

I used the same approaches earlier. But now with Credly association with ServiceNow you can directly share the badges onto any social platform of your choice.
