Hi team,
My instance is not waking up from hibernation. I tried multiple times all day, and I clicked to refresh the instance multiple times, too, Can you please assist? thanks!

Hi @sam241
as you might know, there is no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs, hence you’re limited to two options:
- wait, it should come online again after some time.
- If you get tired of waiting. Release your instance and request a fresh installation. Note! Any work that hasn’t been backed up will be list for good.
