Can anybody helped me with my PDI, its offline and not waking up

This happens occasionally. If you search the community there are plenty of similar posts and the only real options are to either:
a. wait it out
b. release your instance then request a new one

Hi @haziq_ab ,
As you might know, there is no support available for PDIs, hence you're limited to two options. Either wait till it comes online again, or release your instance and request a fresh installation.

Hi @haziq_ab ,
ServiceNow does not provide support for PDIs, so you can either wait or release the current instance and request a new one

@haziq_ab Wait for some time, and see if the PDI wakes up again. Similar issues have been reported by several users in the past. Unfortunately, there is no official support available for PDIs, either you can wait for some time to see if the instance revives or you can request for a new PDI instance.
