Dear ServiceNow Developer Support Team,
I hope you are doing well.
I have been on the Personal Developer Instance (PDI) waitlist for the past one week, and I have not yet been assigned a PDI. I am currently learning ServiceNow and need a developer instance to continue my hands-on practice and projects.
Additionally, I am unable to raise a support ticket because the ticket submission page is not working on my account. Since I cannot report the issue through the normal support process, I am reaching out here for assistance.
Could you please:
Assign a Personal Developer Instance (PDI) to my account as soon as possible.
Help resolve the issue preventing me from creating a support ticket.
I would greatly appreciate your support. Thank you for your time and assistance.
Kind regards,
Shaindavi C

Hi @Shaindavic
Due to high demand following a new platform family release, PDI pools for the Australia version are currently experiencing errors or waitlisting. These days lots of similar issue reported.
I will suggest you to Wait for PDI request to be provisioned if it is already waitlisted. Do not cancel your request, as you will lose your spot.
Support is not available for PDI .
Note:You can try releasing your current request and requesting an earlier version (e.g., Zurich ), as they may have more availability . But Community members reported that there is also having waitlist issue.

Hi @Shaindavic
There are no support what so ever for PDIs, hence you can only wait.
If my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as the accepted solution and give a thumbs up.
