My PDI instance is not starting and says offline

Hi

My PDI instance is not starting and it is saying offline and wait for few minutes. It is almost more than 3 hours and still offline.   I made international trip and it was working fine over there. After I returned back to home country the instance is not starting.  Initially it gave an error

Checking the connection
Checking the proxy and the firewall
ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

Now it is totally offline.  I was using this instance everyday to make sure it does not get terminated. I missed just 1 day that was my travel back to home country.

How do I get this instance working.

Thanks

Ramesh

Okay, ServiceNow regularly maintains/upgrades the PDIs and the downtime is expected.

When you got that message earlier, it might have been under maintenance. good to know it's back now.

Hi Ravi

I am able to login, but unable to perform any actions inside. It is not showing the data. Sometime it works and sometime errors out and stay within the portal.

Do you think the instance cannot be used anymore so i need to release it and create a new one. Also is it possible to create a new one under the same email id.

Thanks

Ramesh

If you do not have any important development work or anything to backup, you can release and request for a new instance.

I would suggest you to wait for sometime and check the behaviour, if not, then you can release it.

Yes, after releasing, it is possible to create a new one under the same email id.
