Need a new PDI for CSA practice

Hi, 

I raised a request for a new PDI and I chose the developer role for some reason and I could not practice for CSA and for some reason, I cancelled the PDI so that I can create a new instance. And now I am stuck at the "Waitlist" screen because my instance is not getting assigned at all. Can I get a factory reset on the PDI so that I can request afresh?

ahoy @ktangirala,

 

there's nothing you can do about it but wait. Because leaving the queue and requesting a PDI with lower build version (Australia, instead of Brazil) doesn't guarantee you won't be waiting either...

 

If you want to have an instance immediately, assign to trainings at the SN University with a study lab (don't forget to extend the period until it's provided to you) and use this until your PDI is given to you
