Hi,
Apologies if this is documented somewhere already. I'm relatively new to ServiceNow admin and still finding my way around.
I have Next Experience UI enabled on our sub-prod instance to evaluate it before implementation (currently disabled on our Prod instance). There hasn't been any customization so it's the default settings and colours.
When checking our reports, the colour scheme is different although the reports are the same. Both use Default UI14 as the palette however the classic UI assigns chart colours starting at Colour 1 while Next Experience UI assigns colours starting at Colour 5. If I disable Next Experience UI then the chart starts assigning colours beginning at Colour 1 again. Is there a way to make Next UI start assigning the default colours from 1 again?
Thanks very much.

Hi,
Thanks for the reply. I did read the post-tokyo article already but none of these appear to address the problem I am describing. Maybe I am misunderstanding but the issue isn't with the theme, as the palette and colour settings are the same, but with how Next Experience is selecting the colours from that pallette. I want to know if there's a way to ensure the colour selection starts at the 1st colour in the palette. I don't really want to create a whole new theme just to set the starting colour to Colour 1.
Please note my instance is currently on Vancouver.
