ServiceNow reports color got changed post tokyo upgrade

Hello all,

All the reports of servicenow got their color changed like from dark blue to light blue and it does not seem professional.

Has anyone face this issue after tokyo upgrade(Next gen UI) or reverted it back to the previous colors?

Let me know the solution or hint to revert the chart/report colors.

Thanks

In the report, you can change the color. Or if you need to change the default color, open the color definition and change the color.

But you're better off just changing the color in the report config rather than overriding the hex of the default color.

Hi @Udit5 ,

haven’t heard/read about any where this has occurred. The only thing you can do is, to go to chart color / chart color scheme, and change the color back to the original.

Hi @Udit5

I had the same thing happen and commented on a previous thread here.  The "themeable color" will overwrite the color as part of a color scheme, allowing for different themes to have different color sets:

Under the theme (Now Experience Framework > Themes), you can then match this color/property base on the theme being used. Example from the "Dark" theme in the "Polaris":

Alternatively, you can remove the "Themable color" field and it will use the color selected as part of the color pallet.
