Not able to post into ServiceNow community. Asking for approval

Hi All,

 

One of my colleagues @raviteja1600  is not able to post any questions on community, He is getting a message saying "it will reflect once it is approved". 

But whereas I can post the questions on community without any approval.

@Dan Bruhn Requesting you to help us with this issue.

Greetings @Deepika18 . I had experienced this before as well when I first started posting to the ServiceNow Community. I'm including a link to a similar post that had the same issue that talks about it's ServiceNow's attempt to prevent spamming. Are you able to share if your colleague is using their ServiceNow account that is linked to a partner's account?

Yes, His ServiceNow account that is linked to a partner's account. but still he is not able to post in community
