Posting in the ServiceNow community requires Approval.

When I create a Question or Post a Reply in the community, I get the following message and it is waiting for Approval.

'Your post will appear as soon as it is approved.'

This has been mentioned in the past at the community. The first post often requires Approval.
On the other hand, I have already made several posts and still need approval every time.

Sometimes it takes up to 2 days for approval, which makes it impossible for me to respond to the questioner quickly.

My colleagues seem to be able to post without approval (they don't seem to have anything set up). Is there anything I can do to change the setting without approval?

Hi Satoshi,

There are a number of factors that fall into whether an account requires approval for posts.  We don't publicize the criteria to prevent spammers from learning how to best the system.  To be honest, your account feel into a corner case and you should have never had an issue posting in the first place.  I had to manually grant the permission on your account and apologize for the inconvenience.

For all users we highly recommend using your customer or partner email address to register for Community.  This will put you in a group of "trusted" users.

Can anyone help me with this problem?

It takes hours to days for the post to reflect.

Hi Satoshi,

You should now have the permissions to post without any approval needed.

Any help much appreciated.

Thanks,

@Dan Bruhn

Thank you so much!

Is there a rule in the ServiceNow community that determines whether or not approval is required, such as anti-spam, and did my account fall under that rule?

I would appreciate it if you could tell me as much as you can, as there might be other users with similar issues.
