Open My Instance not working unable to login learning.servicenow

Hi im currently on course "Welcome to ServiceNow (Course) " and on lesson "Next Experience, navigation, and access ​task (Content) ", im trying out the Open my instance but unfortunately the login is not working any solution on this?

Yeah, terminate the instance and request a new one.

Hello @AllanPaulR ,

 Have you  change username/password for lab instance ? If you are not able to login in that instance then release/terminate that lab instance and request new one .
