Please would anyone be able to point me in the direction of some comprehensive and up-to-date guidance in relation to OAB Survey Emails?
I have been tasked with creating responsive emails, using emoticons to rate customer satisfaction on the resolution of incidents.
By piecing together relevant parts of various blogs and videos, I have
- installed the OAB plugin
- Added ${mail_script:include_survey_actionable} to Survey Invitation notification
- Created a base survey including satisfaction score metrics (emoticon files uploaded), trigger conditions etc
- Created an EMail notification script that displays emoticons (struggling showing Survey No AND Incident No together though)
- Added a column to the Metric Result table
- Created an inbound rule.....
- The inbound actions script has me totally stumped 😞
I'm sure with some good documentation and/or video I can get this over the finish line, so would really appreciate your help.
