Posting this here to add to the traffic. I know my options but if ServiceNow could fix our cluster

Hi @andrewh20398755

Sometimes the instance's backend is running but the SSL handshake fails in standard browser tabs.
  • Open the ServiceNow Developer Portal in an Incognito / Private window.
  • Sign in and attempt to launch your PDI.
  • If a security warning appears, look for and click Advanced, then select Proceed to [Your PDI URL] (unsafe)

Alternative: If waiting does not work and you urgently need a working environment, you will need to wipe or release the PDI:

  • Log into the ServiceNow Developer Site.
  • Go to your My Instance panel, click Actions, and select Reset and Wipe Instance or Release Instance to start fresh.
  • Warning: Doing this will erase all configurations, custom apps, and data on your old instance

Please Accept the solution if it assisted you with your question & Mark this response as Helpful.
