Updating Mobile Approvals Screen

Hello ServiceNow Community,

 

We have been attempting to update our mobile 'Approvals' screen in the web version and the Agent app. It appears anytime we try to modify the initial 'Approvals' screen to add the 'Opened by' to the list view, nothing actually gets updated. Could someone point me in the direction of where I need to navigate to in ServiceNow as to where I can update the mobile list view of change records to display the additional information on the change records? (See screenshot for clarification of the mobile list view of what we're trying to update).
