PDI Created - but not showing in menu (DEV280352)

I got a PDI 2 days ago, but of course I forgot to note the admin password. I thought "Oh well, I'll use the pw reset feature", but the phone number isn't correct.

I cannot see any option to manage the instance in my user profile or on the Now Dashboard, so right now, it's stuck in a limbo, where I have build tables, but I cannot continue working on them because I cannot log in.

Any hints on how to fix this?

Hi @AsbjørnL 

 

 

  • Go to the ServiceNow Developer Site(https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do#!/manage-instance and log in.
  • Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner.
  • click on   Manage My Instance Button.
  • Click on eye icon besides current password to check  the password
  • If that password does not work ,then only  from Action (Gear icon)-> Reset the instance password
