Changing Delegation Access from the Service Portal

I need to explain how novice ServiceNow users can change their delegates from the Service Portal in the modern instance of Zurich. That option does not seem to exist.

It seems like the simplest work-around is having them go to any knowledge article, then click their profile. That provides the delegate access at the bottom.

Is there a simpler way to do this?
