PDI Instance is in Maintenance mode for more than a week. but all of me colleagues are able to work on their PDI Instance
hOW TO resolve this issue.

Hi @VasanthMuthuram
There is no Support for PDI related issues. Best way is to wait.
If your instance is offline, you can try the following options:
- You can release this instance and request a fresh instance but note that this will result in the loss of all your previous work and data.
- Alternatively, you can wait to see if the issue resolves on its own. If it doesn't after some time, you have to take a fresh instance.

There are only two approaches you can try in this situation and there is no official ServiceNow support article addressing it.
Wait – the duration until your instance is available is uncertain.
Release and request a new instance – please note that any unsaved work will be lost.
