Hi @VasanthMuthuram ,

if it is under maintenance, no one can do anything to fix it. Wait till mainteance is over.

Please appreciate my efforts, help and support extended to you by clicking on – “Accept as Solution”; button under my answer. It will motivate me to help others as well.

Hi @VasanthMuthuram
There is no Support for PDI related issues. Best way is to wait.

If your instance is offline, you can try the following options:

  • You can release this instance and request a fresh instance but note that this will result in the loss of all your previous work and data.
  • Alternatively, you can wait to see if the issue resolves on its own. If it doesn't after some time, you have to take a fresh instance.

Let me know if anything else is required.

Thanks,

Prerna

@VasanthMuthuram ,

There are only two approaches you can try in this situation and there is no official ServiceNow support article addressing it.

  1. Wait – the duration until your instance is available is uncertain.

  2. Release and request a new instance – please note that any unsaved work will be lost.

If this works, please mark it as helpful/accepted — it keeps me motivated and helps others find solutions.
