Hi Everyone,
My PDI shows as "The instance is offline. Please check again in a few minutes." Do anyone know how I can get the PDI back online ? Is there any support available for this ?

When your ServiceNow PDI (Personal Developer Instance) goes offline, it usually happens due to inactivity. Instances are automatically reclaimed after a certain period of inactivity or become unavailable due to maintenance of PDIs.
Things to keep in mind-
- ServiceNow does not have support available for PDI.
- Usually, you can wait for some time if it says the instance will be available after the scheduled maintenance. You can wait around 3-4 days if you have some development done on PDIs without having a backup.
- Another way is that you can release your current instance or request a new one if it's urgently required.
Please backup your changes every time, whenever you leave your PDIs after some development POCs to avoid unexpected delays.

@Gopi22 If you have already been waiting for quite some time then I suggest you to release the existing PDI instance and request for a fresh one. Unfortunately, there is no official support available for the Personal Development Instances and requesting a new instance is only solution available to resolve it.
