The day before yesterday, I faced a similar issue, so I released the instance. However, today my PDI is offline again. Could you please guide me on how to check if the PDI is under maintenance or provide any updates regarding its status?

Hi @21eg105h39
As you might know, there is no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs, hence you're limited to two options:
- Wait, it should come online after some time.
- Release your instance and request a fresh installation. Please note, all development work that hasn't been backed up will be lost for good
If my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as the accepted solution and give a thumbs up.
Best regards

Hello @21eg105h39
Unfortunately, there is no support available for PDI instances. I recommend waiting for a few days to see if the instance becomes active again. If you cannot wait, you can release the instance and request a new one. Please note that releasing the instance will result in the loss of all data.
Hope this helps!

Hi @21eg105h39 ,
Personal Developer Instance (PDI) goes offline, it could be due to inactivity, maintenance, or an issue with the instance itself.
You can wait max in 1 day if still your pdi is showing offline better go ahead and release the instance and opt for new instance.
