Can anybody helped me with my PDI, its offline and not waking up

Hello @haziq_ab ,

These same issue face my colleagues . As there is no any  support or solution for PDI  isuue . You just need to wait or you can request new instance .

You don't need to worry a little about that, Your PDI will be restored within 2 days, Most probably I think the moment I am answering your question, Your PDI might have came back online 🙂 

But Still if in extremely rare case your PDI doesn't comes back then release it and request for new one
