PDI - Service Interruption: This instance is unavailable.

I tried logging into my PDI this morning and I got this screenshot:

When I go to developer.servicenow.com, I see that my instance is offline:

The only available actions for my instance are to refresh or release:

I tried calling Customer Support (North America), but I was told that the only option for getting help with a PDI issue was to post here in the developer community. Other than waiting to see if this issue is resolved by ServiceNow, does anyone have any suggestions?

 

Phone support was not very helpful, and insisted this was the only way to get any assistance.

Hi @roncaf ,

 

Unfortunately we cannot assist you on this but surely can say that this thing occurs whenever any maintenance activity is being done from Servicenow end. So usually post some hours you should have ur instance back & up as well.
