Ref-AIOps Bootcamp Lab 7.3 Express List Experience- does not show any alerts in the express list

Hi @ianwer99,

If you’re not seeing any alerts in the Express List during Lab 7.3, a couple of things to double-check: 

  • Did you complete Lab 7.2: Activate Now Assist Alert Analysis skill successfully, and is the skill showing as Active? 
  • In the Express List, check if there are any filters applied on the left-side panel. 
    Sometimes active filters can hide the alerts.

  • Once both are verified, impersonate John Parker, open the Service Operations Workspace, and the alerts should appear in the Express List as shown in the snapshot.
